Saket & I are Architects , being from a field of balancing aesthetics with engineering , creating structures, monuments , cities which defy, compete and challenge mother nature and her resources . Concerned with the rapid growth movement and an emerging market mantra of our government, every single march towards growth risks the delicate fabric of the ecology and resulting in endangering Nature's proudest and biggest asset - our forests and national reserves. When ever the opportunity arises we like to pack our bags , put on our hiking shoes, gear up our car " Bozo"and set off . Waltzing from lanes of Mumbai to cruising through different routes across the country , admiring the wondrous architecture of the past , modern man made feats to marveling the unmatched beauty, engineering, color , imagery of nature. Mesmerized by the regional flora and fauna as diversified as the local culture. Our dream is to dance with the wolves, sway with the trees in the forests, sing the song of the whales, watch the penguins march, glide in the green valleys and race through cities.

We are the best candidates because...

Jyoti and me share a common passion - travelling and exploring destinations that people will seldom go to. Unexplored road, forests mountains that are still untouched by pollution and civilization. Our dream is to document & all this and make people aware that there are yet thousands of places in India where one can be amazed by the grandeur of nature. Our love for a new adventure everyday is what keeps us going. I would not say that we are the best candidates but we sure will be a tough competition for all.

Our Travel Plan

Our plan is somewhat been our dream from the past three years. We intended to do this route for our honeymoon but it somehow did not work out. (My cousin took my car) The route was Mumbai - Udaipur-Delhi-Chandigarh-Manali (Then explore then great Himalayan National Park)-Rohtang pass-Leh-Ladakh-Nubra Valley-Kargil-Drass-Shrignar-Jammu-Dharamshala-Chandigarh-Delhi-Mumbai (PHEW!!!!). This we shall do whether we get selected or not. It has been our dream

Our Travelogue

We have made many road trips together. Some of them have been with friends and family. The aim is to discover a new route or destination, pick up the backpacks, and just head out. We both also share a common passion - photography. We have uploaded most of the trips that we have taken for all to see. I have listed the road trips below and am letting the pictures do all the talking: Mumbai - Dandeli-Hampi-Bijapur-Mumbai. Mumbai - Jamrookh - Mumbai Mumbai - Kolad - Mumbai Mumbai - Ranthambore - Mumbai Mumbai - Bandhavgarh - Kanha - Nagpur-Mumbai Mumbai - ooty - madhumalai - mumbai Have done an amazing road trip with my family way back in 2000 for the millenium. We drove from Kansas City, Missourie all the way to Florida and then to Disney Land en - route to the Kennedy Space Center. Amazing drive of 21 days and crossing through more that 7 states and 4000 miles.
