Hello every one, this is Vaibhav and Shweta Nagar, from the world’s most beautiful city, the city of lakes and gardens UDAIPUR. A simple , but truly professional person from hospitality services I am Vaibhav Nagar working as Front Office Manager in the best Boutique Hotel in India & Asia "DEVIGARH". My partner to support and accompany me is my wife Shweta Nagar who is a dietitian by profession, enjoys taking up new challenges in life. We know each other from last 2 years and have been married now for 1.5 years. These years have been really very beautiful were like a dream which is still on. I love driving, swimming, visiting different -2 temples in India and taking pictures but more of my family. Shweta is a great dancer, a good singer a great cook, loves long drives. We both love to keep lots of pets presently having a female Labrador, a male German Shepard and a male Golden Retriever, with 03 cates earlier. We both love traveling to new places though since our marriage we have not been to lots of new places given short breaks to our mechanical life to soak our souls in some peace on a holiday. As we have a huge friends network, with which we keep on enjoying may it be a pot dinner with just a few of us or a rain dance party with lots, we both take life as it comes, we plan a little for future and believe to live the present. We are quite different to each other at the same time we have lots of things i n common. Whenever we have any difference of opinion believe me both of us would put in our best to convince the other and ultimately end up with a third view. Weather we work- we pray, we fight - we love, we eat-we laugh, what ever we do it just helps to make our bond stronger.

We are the best candidates because...

“We are the Best.” Simply put, this is the inner feeling of anyone who is secure with themselves. “You are the best … husband, writer, and programmer, human?” It is a common reply. The answer is no. To place limits on the statement renders it completely invalid. We are the best, globally, not at any one aspect of anything quantifiable, just the best. Oddly enough this is a concept that can not be conceived of by someone who truly believes that they are the best in any given field, or position. It applies mostly to those who strive everyday to be the best, though there is no way to qualify. Insecurity certainly rules out the ability to consider oneself the best, to be in constant question of best ness removes ones ability to reach it. And so, am I saying that there is no such thing as the best? It is certainly a quantum concept. The best, by human nature, is in constant motion; any measurement taken at a given time is likely to be in question in the very next moment. A less quantified claim of being best can not be proved or disproved, and so We can not say, “We are the best,” and sincerely believe that we are not, but again: I’d say someone who is secure with themselves has a solid understanding of their limits and limitations rather than simply believing they are the best. Only one person is ‘the best’ so the chances are it’s not we. If someone does believe they’re the best then they’re either arrogant or hiding their insecurities behind self-delusional mantra. Hence “WE ARE SECOND TO NONE”

Our Travel Plan

Mumbai -Vapi- Surat- Baroda- Ahamdabad- Udaipur - Himmat Nagar- Gandhinagar-Rajkot- Porbandar- -Junagar-Somnath- Bhavnagar-Varoda- Surat- Vapi- Mumbai We have several reasons to choose this route: We believe that by taking this route we would be peeping deep into the diverse cultures of three states of India Maharasthra, Gujarat and Rajasthan all known for a distinct character. This way we can have a look into the colorful lifestyles, culture, and history and of course the heritage of our country. We would like to the start with Mumbai, the city known as city of dreams, we want to take off on our drive from the dream city Mumbai, going to vapi and then surat- the city of diamonds, enjoying the natural landscape with our drive. the other reason for choosing this belt is that generally it is only during monsoons that the western part of India, specially Gujarat and some parts of Rajasthan become lush green. Otherwise these are rocky regions with no or little vegetation. As we’ll move towards Ahmedabad we would like to visit places like patan, and adalj which are known for some beautiful step wells are a part of our cultural heritage. Also we would then love to experience a morning at the sun temple modhera, known architectural wonder of Gujarat, after the experiencing the sunrise at sun temple we’ll advance to Udaipur the city of lakes and gardens we go to Sajjangarh a fort located on at the height where u have a beautiful view of the whole city. Another reason of taking up this route is that the entire region has different landscape, some parts we can enjoy straight long roads, which would advance into some of the most amazing curvaceous routes and then the hills and slopes of Rajasthan. Thus enjoying a drive advancing towrds our goal.

Our Travelogue

We together have not traveled many places in India but if I look in past I have traveled lots of places in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Delhi and Maharashtra, some together and some individually with friends and family but in most of the cases the preferred means remained traveling by car. As it happens with most of us, it started when I was young and was allowed to drive only a small part of the entire journey, as Dad use to be the main driver. But he always felt that these small steps were exploring and giving birth to a real drive freak person. Slowly and slowly I started enjoying driving and so today we are here for the great driving challenge... I have drove in most parts of Rajasthan covering all the main cities and their surroundings like (of course my own place) UDAIPUR, going to THE SUN CITY OF Jodhpur, pink city Jaipur, Kota Bundi Ajmer, Mount Abu driving down the most notorious Ghats of Ranakpur and Kumbalgarh in Pali (that falls in Aravali range). (U can also peep into our memories and travel across Rajasthan through the photographs I have put on my flickr) Most of the traveling had been on the hills and slopes. So then we tried and explored a route which was absolutely new for us. We traveled from Udaipur to Ahmedabad which is now like a routine for us. But some excitement was missing so we tried a new route and went to Pune from Ahmedabad, covering about 700 Kms and back to Mumbai the next day with a sleep of few hours. This drive was the most amazing drive I had. The best or u can say the worst part was that it was raining heavily on the express highway from Pune to Mumbai and one of the wipers broke down, I still remember one wiper in my hand cleaning the car glass and driving with another hand and asking Shweta to change the gears.

I know these 2 people as vaibhav is my best friend's elder brother and so I have spent quite a good time wid the whole family. he's a nice person with a great heart. he's someone who in real knows to live every bit of life. he's someone whose known for giving surprises, he often used to surprise us by driving down to jaipur(as his sister stuti and I were togerther staying in hostel doing our architecture), used to take us for outings and ofcourse shopping. he is really passionate about his car, only some lucky ones are allowed to drive it. and for shweta she's definitely the best companion vaibhav has for both this event and the lifetime. i wish both of them a good luck.

Vaibhav is my best friends broter.we are together since childhood and Vaibhav is like my Big bro.I still remembmer the day when bhaiya ,stuti and I used to go to school together on bicycle racing the entire way then came the day when bhaiya got a bike n we enjoyed our rides along the fateh Sagar(well known driving road along lake Fatehsagar and also important tourist attraction).Now subsequently changed into long Car drive to Jaisamad and Ranakpur.Over this years though bikes changed into Car but still we get the same fun and r equally adventerous people .Bhaiya always ready to take new challenges .Bhaiya is kind of person whom i have never saying no for any anything crazy.His Job is such that working in hospitality industry takes him to the highest level of sofistication but at the same time with friends and family on holiday he is a down to earth person who is ready to have a cutting chai and samosa from a local dhaba on midway. this is a testimonial from a person whose very very close to both Shweta and Vaibhav. I have shared the best part of my life, my childhood with Vaibhav and yes u got it right they are my sweet bhai and bhabhi. He%u2019s the one who taught me driving but I always tease him saying %u201C i drive better then u bhai%u201D for which his reply is been same for years now........ We will compete one day n then see whose better, but today when I see him taking part in such an event I must say he really deserves to be here and deserves to be a wining contestant. By saying this I don%u2019t doubt the potential of others but my immense faith in my brother makes me say that he%u2019s truly the best and should win. He is really very spontaneous and is always ready for outings specially bcoz he gets to drive, one interesting thing that always happens with him is that all his plans are often made on short notice wid no much time to do planning so all his trips are a adventure in itself, he%u2019s one who avoids using the the normal course of travel, and with interest in nature, landscapes and photography going on a holiday with him is not just about travelling to a new place but in a time for loads of fun and masti. His such unplanned visits have made him famous in my friends, ou family and also now among his inlaws as a Mr. Surprise and hey guys Shweta is the one who has taken over this department these days. Any ways whoever among the two plans its a fun time for both. As for Shweta we share a sweet bond of friends rather then being a sister in law, and I feel I can describe her very well now. Shweta is a lovely girl, caring and friendly. She%u2019s been a very independent girl who knows the ways to tackle a situation. She has spent quite a few years staying in hostel that has transformed her into a tough girl who can resist and face all the odds in life. She has guts to face challenges (the biggest of challenges she faces daily as a dietician is to help people reduce their weights, he he he),jokes apart is focused, being successful at both family and professional front. She is a person one can spend hours talking laughing and rolling on floor, a great dancer ( bhai n bhi just rock the dance floor) . At times she gets crazy n totally nuts......she enjoys travelling to places with natural n scenic beauties. U can see her totally go mad with rains, at times I feel she lives in a dream world but when I find my bhai a part of that dream world I realise that there is no limit of craziness for these people. At times I feel they prefer experimenting something new and adventurous when rest of us would be sleeping. Believe me the best was once on the last valentines. On 13th Feb. my bhabhi was at her mom%u2019s place and bhai on his duty in Udaipur, he worked till 2 AM that day and you would not believe once off from duty he drove down to Ahmadabad to meet his valentine on 14th. There are some common thing in both these two people they are determined and posses strong focus towards whatever they do and have a strong power to achieve their dreams and this time they are chasing something that they love the most......thats what their passon is driving.... these two are bhaiya and bhabhi of a stuti, who is a close friend of mine but he's he's a good friend of mine also. and am sure i have not travelled much with stuti but much more with her brother vaibhav. he's like a true drive freek person, our best of all trips was when we were drove from jodhpur back to udaipur, stiopping at short intervals, not for refreshment but to strke poses oh the highway and take our pictures, we had lots of fun on the way,at places people thought we had gone mad becoz we were taking pictures of car n not our own. there are many such small things related with all our trips and really they are cherished memories, and since he's married now he doesnot make much plans with us as he's got a better person to go for drives (hey just kidding) hope you reach the finals and get selected for the real driving challenge. good luck
