Hi, we are Kestrel and Simone Almeida from Bandra, Mumbai. I am a Project Manager and Simone works in the Air cargo industry. We are in this game for the sheer love of the Indian roads. Driving through any part of Maharashtra or India is something we have done a lot, and always will do. Cant wait to hit the trail....

We are the best candidates because...

We love romancing the roads together. We both believe, that the perfect mix, of each other, a good car and a full tank of gas, is the most heady concotion for adventure.

Our Travel Plan

We plan to head south, towards Goa, Mangalore, Bangalore and eventually further on to Coorg, Cochin, Munnar and then head back on a straight run.

Our Travelogue

We have undertaken a few such trips in our Honda. These include, Lonavla, Nasik, Ganpatipule, Goa and Bangalore. We usually enjoy locating a nice pit stop motel (read Dhaba) on the indian highways, which actually serve amazing chicken Tandoori, and beer. We had an opportunity to drive through a small part of Switzerland, during a short trip in 2007, and although the driving experiences are far more "ethical", there is nothing that that can charge your Adrenaline, like overtaking an overloaded truck on the NH 4.....
