It is almost 30 years of our marriage that Meena and I have seen joys and sorrows, ups and downs of life. Since our happy wedding union in winter of '79 we take every opportunity to travel by road. In the first couple of years, I used to drive and thereater Meena took over and has became the best of all among famiy and friends. She has a passion for driving and though I have taught her to drive, she has surpassed me in the same. What can I say about Meena? She is a strong and dynamic lady. About our travelogue together, well, it is so extensive that it is impossible to put it in words. Who could then give a truer testimony for her than me? We love travelling by road and have travelled all over India and abraod. In India we have travelled from Bhuj to Darjileeng and Kashmir to Kanyakumari, mostly by road. I think there is hardly anyting left to be seen in this wonderful country of ours. Outside India, we have travelled to South Africa, Europe, Middle East, Far East and shall be travelling in future also. Our favourite travels are those made to the Himalayas. If the availabilty of time is short, we move around Pench and Kanha National Park or other nearby tourist places of M.P. I am completely at ease when she is on the driver's seat.I would have loved to join her but on medical grounds, am not able to accompany her. But, in this challenge, my brother Vishal is the best partner for Meena. I have seen Vishal as a young kid as we have big age difference. He is an excellent driver too. I'm sure that Meena and Vishal, will make it at TGDC considering what I have known, seen and experienced of their skills and talent at driving. She has made me proud earlier too by winning twice in car rallies in Vidharbha organised by VARA; she was the first and second runner up in overall competition and winner as a lady participant in both the rallys. I'm sure she'll make me proud again.

I have known Meena for a long time as a Car Rally Enthusiast She has succesfully participated in a lot of Rally and has won the all womens team entry 3 times a good driver and a very methodical competitor if chosen I am sure she would do well.

Under her able presidntship we had organised a project "FUN ON WHEELS" only for ladies for the first time in the history of Nagpur.It was a grand success.
