I feel, Selection for Top 3 has some Vague and Opaque Criterias !! .....The Esteemed Jury has been in Lime light but none specified the Criteria !! .......Be Transparent and let us know the Definite Parameters .....otherwise its gonna be a fools guess for Top 3 !!
