I think these souls really need to be saved. What say? Even as you read this small para, somewhere in Tamil Nadu a girl who used to know the joy of an afternoon nap is busy making plans of how to sell the next notebook, while in Maharashtra a spiky-haired boy can think of nothing other than making design proposals and business plans. To top it off, they have not met in two years. Blackhawk, when will you be mine? Read on here Dude, Current series of Cedia engine does not have Dual Overhead Cam Shaft, it has a single. I am not picking up on you….merely pointing out so that you may know tech specs and feature of your beauty well and handle her accordingly. Do you know what series of engine does Cedia has and what is so special about it? Keep writing and sharing

Hi Rishi, Nowhere in my blog did I post anything about DOHC or SOHC. The maximum geek talk I’ve done is about 2 litres, 4 cylinders and 16 valves. I do know the features and innards of this beauty. The engine is a 4G94 and is a SOHC only; but then that’s the least I would know considering I’m a T-bhp member and an evolutionm member. I’m not pointing at you, but this was neither a GK test or a trivia quiz but a post about my love for my car. Most people do not understand DOHC, SOHC, forged steel connecting rods in the engine, 4G94, bore 81.5mm yada yada. But most people connect with the soul of the experience. Kinda like comparing TopGear reviews with Autocar India. You get my drift? Thanks for pointing it out anyway, shows you read the post! Cheers!

Joseph, take it lightly….I did not mean to pick at you. And yes you are right, I re-read your blog and it is not there this time, may be I misread last time. Though my friends vouch by my lightening memory. on a lighter note…I am sure we would meet in person sometime and I would surely tell you what is unique about this engine…till then happy googling!

Thanks Rishi, Rubal and Shilpy! I’ve put in votes for all three of you already. Harsh, agreed the Blackhawk will be mine - with or without GDC - but the GDC is much more than just a car. The love for travelling, the open road, photography, and blogging all coupled with a superb car is the ultimate experience! Rest assured, that even if we do not make it to the GDC Finals, I’ll ensure the Blackhawk gets the 3000kms trip sometime this year! Cheers!

Hi Joseph, It seems I have made a mistake participating in this contest. I thought this contest is all about good writing skills, passion for Photography and passion for travelling. The only thing I didn’t have was money for all the vactions and travel. But I see here that there are lot of people here who have been blogging for ages, have travelled a lot and has clicked pictures using high-tech cameras. All thanks to the background they come from or may be the high-profile jobs they had. I come from a middle class family and we struggle hard to go for a vacation. What is Blogging, I have learnt only after participating in this contest. and the pictures I have clicked are just the outcome of those basic cameras and mobile cameras. Then where do I stand. I thought that This contest will be like a dream come true, but I think there is no dream hat you don’t have to fight for. And so, here I am, fighting for yet another dream, don’t know if I’ll be able to reach the top 3 but will fight till I can, What say…??? Take care and God Bless!!!

Hey Vinny, Cheer up man!! I just voted for you. Passion does not require all that you mentioned above. It requires fire in your belly and power of dreaming, everything else just falls in place. Never stop dreaming. I have no intention to spam but I encourage you to join team-bhp.com and my FiatClubIndia on yahoogroups. You would be surprised to find auto enthusiast with varied backgrounds. You dont have to have Bimmers, Mercs or Porsches to be an auto enthusiast, a M-800 would do as well. Just dont let the passion die. Cheers and all the best, dream and fight to reach final three! Regards,

@Vinny, I’ve just added you on Facebook as well. To be honest, I think this contest has brought out the fighter in EVERYone. I do not think that it has been restricted to high-flying individuals or gadget freaks, but it has truly brought about the inner talent in a lot of people who haven’t dared to seek that talent till now. Look at some of the examples in the lists, I’m not talking of the experienced bloggers or flickr-maniacs, but the people who’ve signed up newly and still shown that it’s not experience but the quality of the innate talent that counts. Thanks to GDC, I’ve added more than 15 contacts to my Flickr page - this is photography I respect! And I have added atleast 7 different teams to my facebook page. As Sandip from Experience Commerce said elsewhere, the GDC is not an end in itself interestingly. It has also shown you the new life on the internet. I admire your spirit and above all your candid nature of putting things. All the very best to you and Bushra! You already have my vote since a long while. Finally, GDC just gives you a prize for doing what most of us love…travelling and discovering, it is still possible to do that without GDC! @Geeta: Thank you so much!
