We are Subhashish and Sreenila from Bangalore. We are both IT professionals who are avid readers and love to drive to and discover places in the interiors. We have been married for over a year and a half now and within this period have driven to Wayanad (twice already and plan to go again next month!), Coorg, Nagarhole, Chennai and Kumarakom. We like to travel to places which are faraway and close to nature and sometimes seriously think of buying our own small estate someday in such a place and settling there. This usually happens just after gettng back from a nature trip! On any long weekend, chances are more than even that we are out of Bangalore and driving down to some place to be close to nature. We believe that travel broadens one's horizons and exposes oneself to various facets of life. It teaches one to accomodate other beliefs. points of view and ways of life and makes one learn all the time.

Myself Srivathsa Dixit and my wife Poornima Dixit (officially Poornima Umashankar) living in Bangalore...while she is basically a bangalorean and i am from a place called Shilmoga(300 km from bangalore) in Karnataka. We togethre speak Kannada, English, Hindhi, Tamil, Telugu and brocken malayalam. We both work as software engineers in the same organization SAP Labs, Bangalore. Well the Great Driving Challenge looks really interesting and challenging...it gives you a lot of thrill and tests your energy, mental and physical fitness, patience, persistance etc.....It not only teaches you on how to take up driving challenges, it also tells you how to handle situations, conditions etc...which is a very important take away for anybody. We are here because, we are looking forward for such challenges which can add different dimentions to ones life. Travelling has always been our interest. I being a creative person, would like to see the lifestyles, cultures, traditions, food etc...of different places and put them in the form of paintings or Phoographs, especially india being so diverse. This is an opportunity for us to explore more on this vertical and enjoy life away from life! I dont know if we will be selected or not, but this has definetely ignited my interest and spirit. We are Raj and Klara from Singapore. I am a non-resident Indian while my partner is an Australian of Indonesian-Chinese origin. When we are not in office, we can be found doing travel or around theatre. We like to travel and drive , we prefer to avoid night driving so our driving hours start from 4 in the morning and go till 9 in the evening, same day.
