Our Introduction

We are Poonam and Rishi Kapoor from the northern part of beautiful India. Rishi is a technocrat and Poonam, a homemaker. We love cars and own 3 of them with 322 horses (BHP)! And as they say, “getting there is half the fun”, travelling is our passion and we love to drive. We have driven extensively around North India, mapped Uttrakhand, Uttranchal, J&K and Himachal and in the West we have chartered the famous Ghats, hills, deserts and coastline of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan. We plan to discover the charming South and the evergreen North-East in the coming times ........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Every month or so, breaking away from Rishi’s foreign trips and endless board meetings, we try to drive away on unexplored roads leading to places where we discover India and our true selves. This is soul searching for Poonam and opportunity for Rishi to play with his latest gadgets and spend time with kids, who share all our passion. Both boys share their father’s love for cars; they sleep with tiny die-cast models of their favourite cars under their pillows!! His gadgets and several telephoto lenses take up most of the space in cars during our expeditions. Rishi is also founder of an online auto enthusiast club with over 400 members and thousands of message archives. Poonam shares his passion and worked hard for the first “Club Annual Meet” at Goa, where car lovers got together from across India to share their enthusiasm for cars over 3 days ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
