Our Travelogue

Logging our escapades is our 'Branded' Blog – DRIVOBLOG [http://drivoblog.blogspot.com/], which contains photos, travelogues, videos, maps and speed-sheets of our journeys. Whether it is intercity relocating or shifting goods or a weekend break to Goa and Mandarmani, we have always travelled by car. Earlier it was an Opel Astra 1997, and now it is a Toyota Innova. The longest journey we ever did was HYD-DEL-MUM-HYD called ‘8 states = 8 days’. And one of my express solo drives was Hyderabad-Kolkata in the Toyota Innova in 22 Hours at safe speeds with the vehicle ignition fired at Hyderabad at 5 pm, only to be shut off after reaching at Kolkata at 3pm the next day. So far in the past 4 years, we have driven about 1,00,000 kms on NE1, NH2, NH3, NH4, NH5, NH6, NH7, NH8, NH9, NH17, NH117, NH25, NH18, and numerous state highways.
