All those who are wondering how some people are getting huge number of votes everyday, here is a glimpse of their cheat-sheets. These can put any voter’s list to shame! Like someone mentioned, people have made it so easy, that there is no need for sophisticated technology to weed out such stuff. Some simple “sort and search algorithms” are enough. So please don’t get ruffled up. Stay calm and focus on your application. We can (and will) differentiate the good guys from the bad. We are just collecting enough evidence for the jury - who will make their own judgments. Looks like even the Rediff corporate email account is not spared (list below) - some insider help, maybe? These are just 2 “isolated segments” from different applicants. There are many more. All I can assure you is that we have time-stamp’ logs of every little activity, every ‘denial of service’ attack, every attempt at hacks. Today someone pointed out that people are even linking to fake blogs! Be assured that our content team is on guard and will verify authenticity of each and every piece of information used on the application. Thank you for your tips - please stand guard and warn us when you notice ‘bad’ stuff. We have heard you - thank you all for your suggestions. It was certainly very helpful. The selection is not going to be done based on the whims of any one individual. There will be a sophisticated scoring mechanism and a panel in place to decide on the final shortlist.

i do believe in fair play! and the fact that rules are rules. though we boarded the challenge very late but, my wife, my family and I have worked real hard promoting ourselves even out of the internet… many of our friends and family were not so comfortable using the net but, we have slogg’d ourselves to get votes by sending them step by step instructions and at times constantly directing them over the phone… we have even promoted ourselves at our respective workplaces to urge the co-workers cast us a vote… so please let the game be clean. I think even if the cheaters are not disqualified their aptitude will show them the way out after they reach the next phase… this one is for all the participants – instead for figuring our ways to find frauds and giving suggestions to the TGDC Team we should be enjoying the biting off nails and crossing over fingers ceremonies… lol! Let the TGDC Team work on filtering fakes so that we can work on our applications. Wish you all a very healthy competition! Fair play is always more exciting! I’m really very thankful to all who have had a faith in us and have voted for us dispite of us being to so damn late at the entry… I love them all - VJ & Khushboo

Hi Everyone!! First of all many thanks to GDC for hosting this events, surely one of its kind.. I think the issues that we all have been raising here are quite inherent in the system of voting that has been set in place. Also at the same time its good that we are highlighting those issues /concerns through this forum, but I am sure Jury too would be well aware about these gaps & loop holes & they would take the necessary actions. So rather than worrying about the things like bogus voting which is NOT under our control lets focus on the other things like Driving plan, blogs, photos our presentation of the content etc., which ARE very much under our control!! All the best to everyone participating.. Cheers!! Surabhi & Anubhav
