These beauties are rolling out of the factory floor and getting ready for you to drive away. Time to polish off your application, get your votes & testimonials, and then just start dreaming.

I know a place that we can go to A place where no one knows you They won't know who we are I know a place that we can run to And do those things we want to They won't know who we are

Let me take you there I wanna take you there

To enjoy the lyrics of the complete song ( courtesy Plain White T's ) playing with this slide show, go to http://tinyurl.com/letmetakeyouthere Enjoy!

Wow! We could feel the sensation of driving that car at the glimpse of it in the slide show.

We are really happy to see the color chosen for these cars is “white” which symbolizes “purity” in Indian context. This matches perfectly with the motto of this challenge.

It’s not about “rally”, not “race”.
It’s all about the life, fun, excitement and adventure.

Of course! Fun. Fame. Fortune.

As per the study in UK, http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/oyb/transport_travel/car_colour.shtml

The colour crash index according to those most likely to have an accident
1. Black (Most prone to accident)
2. Silver
3. Green
4. Yellow
5. Blue
6. Grey
7. Red
8. Pink
9. White
10. Cream (Most safe)

Good work TGDC team! You are living it every moment and evey aspect.

Hi Sandip,

Looks like you are getting a deluge of registrations as well as mails- which clearly indicates how successful this campaign has been.Obviously, it has been very well though of and well planned. Bravo!

Just a query- I have been getting automated mails from your end confirming that we have got another vote but the same cannot be viewed on my application.

Cheers!

Hi,

First of all thanks a lot for creating a wonderful contest like this for travel enthusiasts like us.

Many of my friends/colleagues have complained that they never got the confirmation mail. I’m mentioning this here as it is quite a significant number. Can you please look at it and get the issue sorted? Our application url is

TGDC has set our pulse racing. A lot of efforts go behind organising such an event. Some of our friends are not able to vote today. We understand few bugs might be there in the system but I am sure TGDC Team will iron out all the issues. Meanwhile we wish Team TGDC & all the participants Best of Luck! Hail the spirit of Adventure!

I am in love with this car from the day it was launched three years ago. I was in Mumbai at that time and was invited for launch. My most fond memory of the car was when I slammed brakes on gravel, the car stopped in clear straight line like it had hit an invisible rock.

An obvious question would be why I didn’t buy the car? Well…I love my Invecs and am waiting eagerly for Mitsubishi to plonk an auto tranny in this beauty.

I can write pages on my driving experience of Cedia…but later..I have a meeting to catch right now…bye.

hi,
I know you must be working overtime.. to get the bug s in the sytem removed.. some , not all, but some of our friends who didnt get confirmation mails got them today.. i hope all of them get the mails and those votes be counted .

Was there any downtime today evening(7.00onwards.) because some friends who voted today got validation mails but their votes are not reflected.. i cannot see their names in the list down..

anyways just thought of sharing the problem, we are sure you will be rectifying it..

Hi Team TGDC,
I have a suggestion, since you guys must be burdened with loads of moderation of profiles that are updated, whats been happening that once we update the profile, the profile gets locked up & no ones able to vote or write testimonials. Can you guys tweak your systems to accept votes & testimonials based on what the last profile showed up instead of locking the profile till it is moderated by you guys. That way a lot of contestants will not lose out on valuable votes & testimonials as only close contacts will bother to come back again & vote & most of the far off contacts will not bother to come back. Pls do the needful.
By the way, I updated my profile at 9 pm on 08 / 07 / 09 but as of 11.20 am 09/07/09 its still not moderated & viewable.

Isn’t that car something…just looking at it feels so good, I can’t even imagine the feeling I’ll get sitting inside it…maybe it is becasue the car is associated with such a big thing now…that the adrenaline rush is more than ever….
