So here is a little suggestion for all of you, waiting in earnest for the TOP 12 list tomorrow.

An extraordinary chance to relieve your mind (and mine) of any burden that you may be carrying through TGDC. As humans, we have all erred somewhere along this journey but did not have courage to share with anyone. So I have decided to open this confession box for you, so you can come and share whatever you want with us. Purge your mind of any guilt that you may be carrying, related to this contest.

All you need to do is to post an anonymous confession message - do not enter your name or email ID - just mention anonymous. Your IP will not be saved and I (sandip) promise you (GDC applicant), in writing, that this information shall have no bearing whatsoever to the results tomorrow.

This is completely voluntary. No one needs to respond. However if we find 100 (+1) confessions in the box tomorrow, we will not be surprised. To err is human - to confess divine.

All comments will be opened, unless there is any explicit reference to other individuals.

My sister created a mail ID, for her new born….That is the cutest vote we have rcieved!
Also created ID’s for my parents & all my little cousins & consoled myself saying if they were of the legal age, they would definately vote for us, & these created these in the presence of them by checking with them if they want to vote for us or not!
Yes, & we have voted from all our ID’s & all our near & dear ones who really wanted us to make us have done the same too!

But, Good work team TGDC
I take from here the nobel habit of blogging!

Thank GOD for making TGDC guys do this - confessions are always good for preserving sanity!

So let me confess that we had about 5% of our votes cast by a friend’s company which actually put us off a little bit, though less so because they were fake votes (by then it was clear that almost everyone was doing it), but more so because he used way too obvious names in his overzealousness. And the funniest thing is that we didn’t even know for like 8 hours after which he called us to tell that he had done this! We kept praying that we should not be disqualified for that!!

Secondly, another friend offered fifty fake votes, and for some time we were tempted - at least when we were on the third page, but once we reached the first page, we said, what the heck. As long as we are on the first page, we believe in our profile to take us to not only Top-100, but also to Top-25! Thank God we didn’t take this friend’s help and we were proven right on that count.

Now waiting for the next round - top 9, nay 12!!! GOD ji, tussi great ho

Yes - several posts acknowledged voting system experienced problem, but all vote (attempts) were logged. That means even though your friends did not get email then, we had their IDs and the system sent two reminder emails. If they were still not acknowledge after these attempts, the system rejected the votes.

Several people made it to TOP 100 with less than 200 votes.

I learned that you can be in contact with your old friends without participating in such contests. This was one good thing that happened to me. I talked to very-2 old friends of mine.
