If we say we are crazy about cars, it will be a lie. We do like them, but not to the extent that we go gaga about them. What about driving? We do love driving. Especially long-distance drives, where the travel is as exciting as the destination.

Are we after the money? Maybe. Maybe not. What do we do with Rs 10 lakhs? We can use it to give life to our shelved dreams! But, money definitely is not the strong motivator.

Fame? Perhaps. We could always do with a little bit of fame. 

Finally, it boils down to the sheer thrill of taking part. Had TGDC been designed for individual participants, we might not have been very keen. What caught our fancy is the ‘couple’ factor. Because, thecouple always likes to do things together, one of them being travelling.

Frankly, it’s for the kick of getting into the top 3; getting a chance to travel/drive for 10 days to the places of our choice, with all expenses paid.
