We are Vijay Chandhran and Geeta Vijey Nair, a fun and adventure loving couple from Chennai, India. I am basically a Mechanical Engineer, having expertise in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, at present working as a General Manager in a MNC, while my dear wife Geeta, an English Literature Graduate, is a wonderful Homemaker as well as an accomplished Fine Arts Artist cum Teacher, specialised in painting, in different media. We have been soul mates for a very long time and we are now in our 30th year of blissful married life. I am 55 years young and my better half is just four years younger, but our friends and well wishers unanimously vouch, that we are as energetic and spirited as we were 30 years ago; perhaps, speak volumes of being an ardent, adventurous aficionado couple on wheels. We have two dynamic grown up sons Sandeep (28) and Rahul (23), who have carried forward our adventurous spirit to a different plane. While we did the same in cars, our sons have followed suit in their hi-fi bikes and have gone a step further by founding the ‘Bikers Fraternity’. We are here because we want to once again win, but this time with a difference – A Mammoth Monetary Recognition from the House of ‘Mitsubishi Cedia Sports’ for Excellence in all facets of “The Great Driving Experience” – ‘One Million Rupees along with accolades in plenty’ !!! Our love for driving has in the past, taken us to all the Indian States barring a few North Eastern States. Our strategy of doing ‘Business with Pleasure’, took us to a lot many places, lesser known to people in general. ‘Work by day and travel by night was our Success Mantra’ and my ability to do ‘72 hours non-stop work and driving’, further aided me to achieve greater heights with an unquenchable degree of personal / professional satisfaction and self aggrandisement. I have also been ‘a rally driver of sorts’ and have comfortably covered slippery treacherous mountainous and forest terrain with a mark of finesse, ease and dexterity, coupled with cool undeterred perseverance, determination and grit, to log in with minimal negative points. ‘Daredevilry was yet another Attribute’, which drove us many a time, to the brink of danger. Infact, we had the temerity, to even venture into zones infested with armed insurgents and waylaying murderous robbers, driving at night, defying police protection and advice, emerging victorious and safe at all times, by God’s Grace. Our car tyre marks have indeed left an indelible imprint across ‘Incredible India’. To sum it all up, We consider ourselves as ‘team players’, inculcating a sense of camaraderie, motivating and directing our team and ourselves, in pursuit for Excellence. We possess a flair for effective control of overall operations and constantly strive in our career, to attain the highest level of Excellence. We believe in ‘Making Things Happen’ and we enjoy in making the ‘Impossible – Possible’, by delivering the goods against all odds and occupational hazards, the yardstick being ‘PERSONALISED SATISFACTION ON ALL COUNTS’.
